BMW – Mini Monserez

BMW Monserez has been running the brand for two generations in South West Flanders.

In order to meet the car manufacturer’s criteria, the renovations of the concession in Kortrijk was an opportunity to make full use of the site. Both the BMW dealership and the Mini dealership were located at the existing concession site. The surface has been optimized by the construction of a basement which offers the showroom in 2 levels an exceptional appearance.

The quality of the workmanship at the peak of a prestigious brand did not prevent the ability to build this highly functional building in less than 12 months while maintaining the activities on the site during the construction.
