Retail park “Parc de l’Europe”

The commercial building is an element (Block C) of the “Parc Europe” development located on a former brownfield site. It consists of 6 retail units ranging from 1,000 m² to 1,890 m².
The special feature of the project is the realisation of a prefabricated building in white concrete with a simple shape and glulam and concrete beams, with a focus on the main façade to make it attractive and commercially appealing. The shop windows and entrance door sets as well as the signage have been designed to ensure a homogeneous site between the different buildings, while clearly identifying the commercial function. A glazed canopy protects the pavement that serves the six retail spaces.
