The chocolate box

The chocolate box

This 60,000 m² project includes a 50,000 m² conventional warehouse, a 10,000 m² fully automated high-bay storage facility (40 m high), and office spaces.

Separate access for lorries and private vehicles optimizes logistics while ensuring user safety. The site features an innovative rainwater recovery system using gravity drainage, eliminating the need for energy-intensive pumps. Designed for chocolate storage, it meets strict temperature stability requirements (±4°C) while aiming for zero-energy consumption through solar panels and geothermal energy.
