Separate access for lorries and private vehicles optimizes logistics while ensuring user safety. The site features an innovative rainwater recovery system using gravity drainage, eliminating the need for energy-intensive pumps. Designed for chocolate storage, it meets strict temperature stability requirements (±4°C) while aiming for zero-energy consumption through solar panels and geothermal energy.
