For Traconord, we delivered a new corporate building in Steenvoorde that serves as the headquarters and logistical base for the group’s French operations. The project supports the company’s strategic growth and brings offices, storage, and logistics together on a single site.
The building is conceived as a clear industrial volume, embedded in a business park on the French Belgian border. A rational prefabricated concrete structure enables efficient organization, a short construction time, and future expansion. The offices are fully integrated into the whole and, through generous openings and a clear internal layout, provide bright, legible, and comfortable workspaces.
In addition to supporting Traconord’s own activities, the site also functions as a logistics hub for external clients, positioning the company as a long-term partner for industrial and logistics projects in Northern France.
