The new headquarters creates a more direct relationship between people, goods and operations, providing the family business with a coherent base for its next phase of growth.
Located at Tech Lane Ghent, close to the E40, the building combines a highly efficient logistics organisation with a strong architectural presence.
A productive base, a transparent workplace
The building is organised as two complementary layers. At ground level, logistics form a robust and efficient base, structured around the movement, storage and distribution of goods. Above, open and transparent workspaces introduce daylight, visibility and a more human scale.
This relationship between operational efficiency and workplace quality defines the architecture. The façades give rhythm and order to the industrial volume, while the transparent upper levels make the people behind the organisation visible.
Designed to target 'BREEAM Very Good' and operate through renewable energy, the building combines long-term performance with a clear spatial identity.
