The project includes a 9,000 m² production area with a flush technical ceiling to isolate the equipment from the food areas.
A two-storey raw materials building will supply production, including chocolate tanks and various ingredients for pralines. The site will also house the company’s headquarters with 5,000 m² of offices, a theatre, a museum and an experience centre dedicated to the history and products of the chocolatier.
