All data concerning the establishment and management of prospect files have a retention period of a maximum of 5 years from the collection of data or the last contact from the prospect. If this prospect becomes a client, this data could be retained for a period of 8 years after the end of the contractual relationship and/or final acceptance.

Right of access
You have the right to know whether AAVO Operations processes data concerning you and, if so, to access it and obtain information about its processing.
Right to rectification
You have the right to rectify data concerning you if it is inaccurate or to complete it if it is incomplete.

You have the right to request the erasure of data concerning you when there is no longer a reason to process it.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of data concerning you, in which case we can only retain this data to the exclusion of any other form of processing.
Right to object
You have the right to object to us processing your personal data if, for reasons specific to you, you believe that one of the processing activities violates your privacy and causes excessive damage.
You cannot, in any case, prevent us from processing your data if the processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of your contract.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, under the conditions and within the limits set by the GDPR and any other legislation applicable to the processing of personal data.
