For Heylen Warehouses, a logistics campus has been developed along the E42 in Peruwelz, where vision and day-to-day operations come together. The project marks the client’s first large-scale development in Wallonia and takes advantage of a strategic location between Tournai, Mons, and Lille.
The campus comprises flexibly designed logistics buildings on a former industrial site, conceived to evolve alongside changing logistical needs. The architecture is clear and restrained, with carefully integrated office and entrance areas that make scale and use legible.
A clear logistical organization is supported by thoughtful landscape buffering and sustainable design measures.
