The renovation of the Oostakker (Ghent) shopping park is complete. Existing stores (Brico, MediaMarkt, Auto 5, Bristol, e5, and Kwarto) welcome two new additions: the trampoline park Kojump and the supermarket Albert Heijn.
Managed by Redevco, the renovation involved demolishing the left wing to make way for a new building, reducing Brico’s surface area, and creating two new units (Albert Heijn: 2,300 m², Kojump: 1,400 m²). The right wing’s façades and covered promenade were refreshed, and the460-space parking lot was fully renovated.
